let's lift together! i am a certified personal trainer ready to transform your fitness journey
If you are new to the gym and looking for some extra guidance on structuring your workouts, this guide is for you! This is an 8 week guide dedicated to getting you stronger and more confident in the gym along with helping you lose fat. What differentiates this guide from my last beginner guide, is that this one requires you to have a gym membership. This guide also includes more cardio than the last guide which will help you maintain a caloric deficit and lose fat easier than previously.
I designed this guide for those who just joined the gym and don't know how to start. I was once in those shoes where I was brave enough to go to the gym, but didn't know how to lift or what workouts to do. If that sounds like you, this is the perfect solution! There are 3 days of workouts that you will repeat for 8 weeks. Day 1 is Lower Body with Abs, Day 2 is Upper Body with a run, and Day 3 is Total Body with the option of abs or cardio.
Ever since I've been doing Jamie's workout programs I just feel so much more toned up and in shape. I've noticed my endurance has improved on my runs because of the exercises in her guides. I just feel all around healthier and so much better about myself. Even my mom is shocked by my progress!
When I bought Jamie’s program it was when I was starting to get consistent with the gym! Her program really helped me feel more confident in the gym and help me branch out with my exercises! Because of it I am now really consistent in the gym and have a growing love for exercise!
Once accepted for 1:1 coaching, you will receive a custom training plan. This will be a personalized workout routine based on your goals, experience, and availability. You will have access to tutorial videos for all exercises, weekly check ins to ensure consistency, and direct support from me! Apply through the link on my link tree!
Jamie Wolf,
CPT
Hi! My name is Jamie Wolf. I am a ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and college student at Penn State. I have tried everything when it comes to fitness, and seven years ago in 2015 I started my fitness journey. I remember looking in the mirror ashamed of myself. I was no where near confident enough to step foot in the gym, so I started bodyweight workouts at home. After joining the gym two years later, I hid in the corner and continued to do bodyweight workouts; however, my progress plateaued. I knew I had to start lifting weights. Five years later, here I am, absolutely in love with strength training. In between then, I have dabbled into cycling, pilates, HIIT workouts, and yoga. However, lifting is by far my favorite and I have such a passion for helping others navigate their fitness journey. I promise I once felt lost and that nothing was working anymore. I also gained plenty of weight as. freshman in college, so I can relate to that feeling too! I am here to help you, and we’re in this together. There is no reason to be scared of the gym when you have me :)
